What we collect and why

When you order, we collect what fulfillment needs and nothing else: your name, phone number, email, and, for shipped orders, your address. Meetup orders use your name and phone so we can arrange the handoff. That's the entire list.

Who touches it

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number goes to Stripe directly and never passes through our site or our hands. Our website runs on Netlify, which hosts the order forms and delivers order details to us by email. We use privacy-respecting, server-side site analytics that count visits without cookies or tracking you across the web. We don't run ads, we don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we only email you about your own orders.

How long we keep it

Order records stay in our payment and bookkeeping systems as long as tax law requires. Want your contact info deleted from our records beyond that? Email hello@hucklebuckscandy.com and we'll take care of it.
