Our original Huckleberry Pie bar is bright and tart on a sweet cream shell. This one takes the same wild berry somewhere darker: deep cocoa underneath, tart huckleberry on top, graham cracker crunch holding the middle. Berries and cocoa have carried desserts for a century — this is that pairing with Idaho's berry in the driver's seat.
The bite runs rich-first. Cocoa opens it, the huckleberry tang cuts through the middle, and the graham finishes it off like crust at the end of a forkful. It's rounder and deeper than the original — less sunshine, more campfire.
If you're the kind of person who orders dark-anything, start here instead of the flagship. Berry loyalists usually end up keeping both in the house and claiming it's for guests.
